Our promise

If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached
• Footwear must be tried on a clean, carpeted surface
• Earrings and items marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number
2. We'll arrange a pickup or share the return address
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process an exchange, store credit or refund

Refunds

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer within 7 business days of approval.
